Mr. Davis first became involved in competitive table soccer as a player in the mid-1970s and in 1979-81 was a sponsored member of the renowned Arapahoe Foosball Team in Colorado, and while working for a sporting goods company became heavily involved in the promotions side of table soccer. Over the years he has also managed/co-owned video arcades and table routes, worked on pro tour staffs, worked for table soccer manufacturers and won numerous titles at different levels of play throughout the United States and internationally. TABLE SOCCER ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: § Active tournament player, nationally and internationally, since 1970s; § Currently rated Pro on U.S. Tornado Tour; Master on European Lehmacher P4P Tour § Created a highly regarded ELO-based national player ratings system that was adopted for use by the Tornado International Table Soccer Players Association and later in a modified format by the United States Table Soccer Association. § Served as staff member and tournament accountant for the Tornado Pro Foosball Tour; § Past International Sales & Promotions Director, Tornado Table Soccer, Inc; § Promoted table soccer internationally during extensive worldwide travel and while living in Stuttgart, Germany; § Has played for over three decades, on over 70 different kinds of tables, in 24 different countries around the world; § Contributing writer to Table Talk magazine with his column entitled "Euro-Foosin'" (1993-present); guest writer for Foosball Quarterly. § Continues to provide free pro exhibitions, lessons, and table maintenance locally; § Is an avid table soccer historian, and is known to have one of the most unique collections of table soccer memorabilia in the world.
