Saturday
0800 - USTSF Board of Directors meeting, con't. (Reg/St Dirs, etc encouraged to attend)
0900 - USTSF Regional & State Directors meeting & National Assembly
Sunday
0800 - ITSF President's meeting with USTSF Board of Directors
0930 - ITSF President's Open Question & Answer meeting (USTSF Board required, Reg/St Dirs recommended to attend, public invited)
1030 - ITSF President's meeting with USTSF & Valley-Dynamo
1200 - ITSF President's meeting with Valley-Dynamo
2. As usual, morning hours are the only times in which maximum attendance/participation is possible (no match or ceremony conflicts). However, in the interest of the most open communications/teamwork possible, all are welcome to submit agenda topics to USTSF (even for USTSF meetings with ITSF or BVDT), even if you are not attending the meetings or the tournament.
